Sri Lankan troops on Saturday captured the last patch of coastline held by the Tamil Tigers, leaving the rebels completely surrounded and cut off from any sea escape, the military said .The army in Sri Lanka has said it has captured the last section of coastline held by Tamil Tiger rebels in the north-east of the country.
